iLead: Innovation Lab for Educational Administrators & Directors
District Leaders~ Join Us at the Tech Expo on May 15th and 16th for iLEAD: Innovation Lab for Educational Administrators and Directors
We are thrilled to invite district administrators to the inaugural iLEAD: Innovation Lab for Educational Administrators and Directors program, held at the Crotonville Conference Center on May 15th and 16th. This program is the result of discussions and roundtable conversations with leaders across the state who are striving to manage the myriad demands of leading a school district, while continuing to drive meaningful change in their schools and districts.
Why Attend?
As leaders in education, we must step out of our schools and spend time exploring what innovation looks like today and tomorrow. Here are some compelling reasons why your participation is vital:
- Accelerate Innovation: Through collaborative exploration and thought leadership, we can drive meaningful change and innovation in our schools and districts.
- Empower Leadership: By serving as models of learning innovation, we can inspire and empower our teams to embrace new ideas and approaches.
- Futurist Perspectives: Explore forward-thinking ideas and perspectives on education to prepare future-ready graduates.
- Impact of AI: Examine the implications of generative artificial intelligence on teaching and learning, and its impact on education and the workforce.
- Collaborative Solutions: Share challenges and growth opportunities, and solicit feedback for building the Leaders Learning Lab to streamline our roles while fostering creativity.
Program Goals
Over two days, we will reflect on the following goals and answer key questions:
- What is innovation? What are the mindsets and myths of innovation?
- Why innovate?
- Rethinking Resources: How might we rethink our use of time, talent, and technology?
