Professional Development Planning

Comprehensive and strategic planning is available to help districts make the most of professional development resources within the district and at the LHRIC. Our team is able to compile an effective approach to professional development for all of your instructional technology needs.

• Professional Development Matrix - working with district instructional leaders, we can design a matrix of professional development for the year. This matrix will include the various stakeholder groups, time available, service subscription levels within the LHRIC and outside. The end product is an annual planning document the district can use without having to go back to the drawing board for every superintendent conference day, department meeting or peer coaching opportunity. This becomes a living document that most likely will be modified as the year goes on and is intended as a benchmark document for overall planning purposes.

• Software as a Service - professional development for instructional software is designed based on recommendations from our vendor partners and our vast experience working with teachers and administrators in schools.
