Training for Administration & Support Staff Service

Welcome to the training service for Administration and Support Staff. This service, previously known as "Microcomputer Support Services" has evolved over the past few months to include more "Cloud-Related" workshops like Navigating Office 365 and Google Applications, while continuing to provide support for previously offered workshops like Mail Merging, and Microsoft Office applications. 

There are also new offering for Administrators. These workshops are streamlined into 3-hour sessions so that it won't take up your whole day, and workshops are designed to prepare administrators for the digital tasks that confront today's visionary leader.

Microsoft Excel: Introduction

Microsoft Excel is the industry standard in the world of business for data collection, number crunching and data analysis. With the added features now available with the integration of Office 365 in the cloud, users can take advantage of collaboration in real-time and enjoy the new functionality of this tool.

In a one-day course, participants will:

- Work in the Microsoft Excel desktop and online (office 365) environments
- Create a basic workbook and worksheets
- Create basic formulas
- Calculate using built-in formulas (functions)
- Use the formula AutoComplete feature
- Modify and format a worksheet.
